The purpose of the study is to develop the scientific and organizational foundations of marketing and transfer of high-tech products, research the market for innovative developments and create a base of completed scientific developments for bringing them to an agricultural producer, identify promising developments and develop mechanisms for their implementation, develop technical and economic documentation to support innovations. Research methods - dialectical, abstract logical, economic and statistical. Research is carried out using methodological approaches used in international practice, in particular, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 17025; as well as in accordance with the scientific publications of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, NSC "Institute of Agrarian Economics" of the National Academy of Sciences, NSAL of NAAS. Research results for the reporting 2020: implemented - 39 developments in the field of agro-industrial production, including: agriculture - 16 crop production - 23, of which technological purposes - 22 varieties and hybrids of plants - 1.
