The purpose of work – establishing of the signs for defects detecting in materials, and determining of their parameters by solving diffraction, spectral and inverse boundary value problems. Research methods – analytical and analytical-numerical methods of the solution of problems of different wave types diffraction on scatterers with pointed vertex and edges; methods of solving the inverse boundary value problem. To identify the defects of objects of control by electric field on surface, used strategy of solving inverse boundary problems, which consists in obtaining the equivalent Schrödinger equation. Its solutions used to restore distribution of parameters of study object. The implementation of proposed approach allows transfer of functional load from hardware to software component of diagnostic tools. Modifying the Wiener-Hopf method, a solution of new canonical problem for truncated cone with an aperture closed by spherical segment is obtained. It used to modeling of cavern-like defect fields, placed on flat surface. Method of double analytical regularization for the solution of diffraction problems on finite biconical surfaces is proposed. Analytical regularization method developed for the solution of acoustic wave diffraction problems on hard and soft circular conical surfaces of finite dimensions, and their complex. It used to obtain the spatial distributions of diffracted fields in the near and radiation zone and to establish diagnostic features of scattering objects. To identify the defects in composite materials, the Wiener-Hopf method is used for the solution of the problem of elastic SH wave field diffraction on the defect in a homogeneous layer. The dependences of the displacement field distribution on the layer surface are investigated. Product Description popup.authors Ivansʹka Nadiya I. Voytko Myron V. Dzhala Vasylʹ R.
