Based on the phase field approach with taking into account reaction rate theory in order to determine the defects dynamics and with the elastic component introduction in the framework of nonlinear elasticity theory, the numerical modeling of binary zirconium alloy sample preparation, neutron irradiation of the prepared sample and plastic deformation in the form of tension and compression of alloy samples before and after irradiation are performed. The influence of irradiation on the zirconium alloy mechanical properties changing is studied. The evolution of elastic fields, formation and dynamics of defect structure are investigated, the stress-strain curves for the zirconium alloy before and after irradiation at different temperatures and irradiation dose rates are obtained.
