The relationship between the quality of life assessed by the MOS SF-36 questionnaire and the clinical instrumental characteristics of people with CHF was determined. It was found that the decrease in the score of the functional and psychological component of health of the MOS SF-36 questionnaire correlates with the deterioration of clinical and instrumental parameters of patients. It was found that daily therapy with torasеmide is dominated by the intermittent therapy of immediate-release torasemide for clinical efficacy and impact on quality of life in patients with CHF.
