The subject of the research is the process of converting acylglycerols to oils. The purpose of the study is to study the conversion of acylglycerols of oils under the influence of nitrogen-containing substances into surfactants and to determine the kinetic parameters of this process. Research methods: fatty acid composition, the composition of the starting materials and synthesis products was established using gas-liquid chromatography, thin-layer chromatography, titrometric methods in accordance with standard methods; kinetic calculations are carried out by a differential analysis method; experiment planning, experimental data processing, mathematical modeling was carried out using Microsoft Excel, Mathcad, Mathlab software packages. Theoretical and practical results: experimental studies on the conversion of acylglycerols of oils under the influence of nitrogen-containing substances. The dependences of changes in the quantitative characteristics of the composition of the reaction systems over time are obtained. The regularities of the conversion of acylglycerols of oils are investigated. The laws of formation of nitrogen-containing derivatives of fatty acids are obtained. The kinetic parameters of the reactions of the conversion of acylglycerols from oils to surfactants are determined. Effectiveness of application: the obtained scientific data will further simplify the technology for producing surface-active products and preparations for various purposes based on oils, and this in turn will contribute to the development of the corresponding scientific field and related industries and have investment attractiveness.
