All obtained fluorescently labeled Mabs did not lose their specificity and their characteristics were not inferior to commercial counterparts. Importantly, Mabs conjugates with dyes such as FITC and PE did not lose their reactivity for two years under proper storage conditions. It is shown that Mabs -labeled R-PE-ISC-650 and PerCP can be interchangeable, as they are detected in the same fluorescent channel.
