The components and structure of a multi-enzyme composition (MEC) for the hydrolysis of colloidal polysaccharides for pigs containing 60% of xylanase and 40% of amylase with the activity of 1000 Units and 20000 Units correspondently was formed. A method for improving animals’ digestion using enzyme additive has been developed. Including the proposed supplement into the diets of pigs during the balance experiments increased the digestibility of crude protein to 84.9%, crude fat to 69.4% which allows increasing the fattening pigs’ average daily gain by 9.7%. The database of chemical composition of polysaccharides has been supplemented.
