The purpose of the work - to study the composition of the microflora of the solid-phase substrate to optimize the vermiculture process; properties of organic waste as a raw material for non-traditional energy sources; the effect of plant growth stimulants on mycelial biomass, the rate of mycelium and carpophores; identification of the main sources of biological danger when using biological objects of different taxonomic groups; detection of the center of the combined defeat in the conditions of possible accident on potentially dangerous object. Research methods - experimental (basic physico-chemical and biochemical methods of analysis), vegetation experiments, mathematical-statistical and computational-comparative. We studied: the composition of the substrate microflora for vermiculture and the properties of plant waste; identified sources of biological danger; the influence of fumar and biohumate on the rate of mycelium and carpophores production was determined; the center of the combined defeat in the conditions of possible accident is revealed. A method of using a biologically active substance has been developed.
