To control the experimental data, an automated system for recording and digitizing experimental parameters using an ADC / DAC ZET-310 and displaying them on a digital oscilloscope ZET-302, was developed and manufactured. In the course of experimental studies on the developed complex were irradiated more than a hundred metal, semiconductor and ceramic samples in the temperature range 20…800С and doses up to 1017…1018 ions/cm2. The profiles of helium occurrence and structure damage in the irradiated sample is calculated. It is shown that for accurate determination of the damage of the samples it is necessary to perform full calculations taking into account the cascade processes. The level of damage to the irradiated materials, depending on energy and time, was in the range of 3…100 dpa. This makes it possible to reproduce the level of materials damage on the created complex in a much shorter time than in real conditions and to predict the service life of their components and units.
