This will provide a basis for the development of polarization fluorescence tomography algorithms - reconstruction and statistical, correlation and fractal analysis of 2D distributions of average values and fluctuation values of phase and amplitude anisotropy parameters by decomposition the Mueller matrix of the biological layer into differential matrices of the 1st and 2nd orders. On this basis, a set of new, logically interconnected functional methods will be developed: • 2D polarization reconstruction of the polycrystalline microstructure of biological layers by using differential Mueller matrix mapping of the first order with algorithmic reproduction of the distributions of the averaged values of linear and circular birefringence and dichroism. • Laser-induced autofluorescence polarimetry of the nanostructure of biological networks by using differential Mueller matrix mapping of the 2nd order with algorithmic reproduction of the magnitude of fluctuations in the optical anisotropy parameters of molecular domains.
