The smaller influence of the presence of insertion in the promoter region of the prolactin gene on the egg productivity of chickens of domestic selection - line A (Birkovska colorful) in comparison with the breed of white leghorn was confirmed. The concept of forming the connection of QTL-loci with egg-laying in phylogeny, which combines new knowledge, namely: high stability of the type and nature of the connection between the QTL-locus and the components of the formation of egg productivity, both in ontogenesis (during the productive period) and in phylogeny (for five generations); a high heredity of the connection between the IC haplotype at the locus of prolactin in hens of the egg direction of productivity of domestic selection with economically useful features: safety (r = 0.79); live weight (0.82); egg weight (0.55); egg production at 40 weeks of age (0.62); data on a smaller effect of insertion in the promoter region of the prolactin gene (haplotype IC), compared with the breed of white leghorn, to increase the magnitude of the manifestation of the polygenic trait of egg production.
