The results of approbation of the technological map in resource centers for support of internally displaced persons and participants in the joint forces operation testify to positive changes of indicators of their intellectual and emotional-volitional sphere, disappearance of signs of post-traumatic stress disorder in 30% of rehabilitated persons. Based on the results of a comprehensive study of international and domestic experience in implementing programs and initiatives for personal development of internally displaced persons, a "Program of effective self-management of internally displaced persons for their self-realization in new living conditions" was developed and tested.
