The purpose of the work is to develop models, methods and tools for creating linguistic support for software products to increase the contingent of users of software products, automate the processes of building models of subject areas, increase the speed and accuracy of information retrieval. The aim of the study is to reduce the time and reduce errors in the description of the user-level use cases, as well as the preliminary formation of the conceptual model classes; reducing the time spent on building a domain dictionary based on automated text analysis in Ukrainian; reducing the time needed to obtain the necessary information on the RDB by providing direct access to the RDB for unqualified users. The developed models for various points of the scenario made it possible to create many fragments of text and the rules for combining them into sentences. The conditions for the deployment of alternative scenarios, the rules for the formation of data structures that support the execution of scenarios are formulated. The technology developed by automating many operations allows an average of 80% reduction in time to create a precedent. The proposed database model displays the information stored in the RDB in the form of constructions in natural language.
