Inhibiting compositions based on bioSurfactants (in the form of culture liquid supernatants, rhamnolipid complex, trehalosolipid surfactants) were studied. The anticorrosive efficiency of the obtained compositions to steel is shown. Toxicological studies of bio-surfactant compositions with synthetic corrosion inhibitors, surfactants and biocides have been carried out. The laboratory technology for the synthesis and isolation of biosurfactants of trehalose and rhamnolipid nature has been improved using laboratory bioreactors of various types. Compositions of biosurfactants with natural antioxidants and technical glycerol have been obtained, and their rational composition has been selected. According to the indicators of the maximum degree of protection of steel against corrosion processes, inhibitor compositions were selected and their physicochemical properties (surface tension, contact angles of the steel surface, electrical conductivity) were characterized. The phytotoxicity and antimicrobial activity of the developed inhibitor compositions against bacterial cultures against aerobic and anaerobic biocorrosion of steel have been studied. It is shown that the shelf life of anticorrosive compositions based on bio-surfactants with biocides is at least 8 months. Pilot batches of inhibitory compositions based on biosurfactants have been obtained. Their practical tests were carried out. Recommendations have been developed for the practical application of biogenic surfactants in inhibitor compositions for the protection of metals from corrosion and biocorrosion.
