In the etiological structure of bovine pneumoenteritis, complex viral associations (IBR and VD; IBR and PI-3; VD and PI-3; IBR and RSI) were registered, in which IBR, VD, RSI viruses played a dominant role and which in 100% of cases were complicated by bacterial pathogens Pasteurella multocida, Neisseria spp., Mycoplasma spp., Candida albicans and others. There is a tendency to increase the etiological role of pathogens IBR and RSI in the structure of viral pneumoenteritis. Field isolates of IBR and PI-3 viruses with an infectious activity of 4.1 lg TCD50 / cm3 (4 passages) and 4.4 lg TCD 50 / cm3 (7 passages), respectively, were isolated from the association and adapted to the transplanted culture of LEK cells. Their biological properties (reproduction on different cell cultures, hemagglutinating and hemadsorbing properties, influence of multiplicity of infection) are studied. The most suitable cell cultures for isolation and subsequent reproduction of infectious rhinotracheitis and parainfluenza-3 from viral associations are cow embryonic lungs (CEL) and calf kidney (CK), the manifestation of CPI on which was observed for 1-3 days of cultivation. Based on the results of this work, a monitoring system for associated pneumoenteritis of cattle of viral etiology was developed, which is presented in the form of scientific and methodological recommendations "Monitoring of associated pneumoenteritis in cattle" Product Description popup.authors Golovko Valeryi O Keleberda Mykola I.
