Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2  The objects of the study are ions, electrons, neutral particles and nanoparticles in a molecular non-stationary plasma, nanopowders of dielectric materials and nanoceramics. The aim of this stage is to improve the theory of a non-stationary Ar/C2H2 dusty plasma and obtain new data on the properties of this plasma; development of a model source of negative ions H– of the Penning type with metal hydride cathode; modernization of the set-up for studies of luminescence of nanostructured materials induced by X-ray and ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Modeling of a nonstationary Ar/C2H2 plasma was carried out using a spatially averaged model. Time-dependences for different parameters of this plasma (densities of ions, electrons and neutral particles, effective electron temperature and dust charge) were obtained. The calculated time-dependences for the densities of C2H2, H2 and C4H2 molecules were compared with those obtained as a result of massspectrometric measurements. The calculated time-dependences for the densities of C2H2 and C4H2 molecules agreed well with the experimental data. It was developed and fabricated a model source of negative ions H– of the Penning type with metal hydride cathode. It was modernized the set-up for studies of luminescence of nanostructured materials induced by X-ray and ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
