A modern computer program to predict number of events of particle generation with heavy quarks at 13 and 14 TeV of proton- proton CM energy based on Monte Carlo methods has been developed. A critical review of recent publications on modern theoretical ideas of extreme states of matter (QGP included) in heavy-ion collisions at relativistic energy has been performed. The results of the impact of nuclear matter effects on strange and charm particles production at fixed-target mode experiments has been investigated. We offer to develop a target node based on 5 μm thickness metal microstrip detectors maintained dynamically at a 5-6-sigma range from the LHC beam axis to attain optimal characteristics of the fixed solid-state target mode at the LHCb experiment. The parameters has been defined assuming that the nominal leveled instantaneous luminosity of 10^33 sm-2 s-1 at the LHCb experiment is not exceeded, i.e., it is the same order as in a collider mode. Thus tolerant radiation loads on LHCb detectors’ subsystems and superconducting magnets will be ensured. A specialized radiation monitoring system RMS-R4, based on an upgraded RMS-R3 developed at INR of the NAS of Ukraine for monitoring nuclear interaction rates and background from the LHC beam collimators, will be carried out the stabilization of luminosity and the safe operation of the metal fixed- target mode. We performed the preliminary investigations of sensitivity of differential cross-section of neutral strange hadrons to a multiplicity of physical events reconstructed from proton-lead collisions at 8 TeV in the CM system. The modification oftransverse momentum distributions of hadrons was observed for high multiplicity events in forward geometry. It might be caused by generation of hadrons in high-temperature nuclear matter with high density.
