The purpose of the work is to determine the influence of different sources of organic matter and levels of mineral fertilizers on crops on the direction of microbiological processes of carbon and nitrogen transformation. Research methods: microbiological, agrochemical, field, statistical. With the application of 40 t / ha of cattle manure once per rotation of four-field crop rotation, optimal conditions are created for the course of mineralization-synthesis of organic matter in the leached black soil. The use of mineral nitrogen fertilizers under conditions of deficiency of fresh organic matter in the soil leads to the development of mineralization processes. Application of fertilizers on the background of the aftereffect of 5 t / ha of straw and 13 t / ha of lupine green manure helps to optimize the processes of mineralization-synthesis of organic matter due to the immobilization of unused plants of mineral nitrogen.
