It has been established that Mycobacteria of M. bovis of various evolutionary origins circulate in Ukraine among cattle. 56 cultures of atypical mycobacteria were isolated from cattle biomaterial, and 33 cultures of atypical mycobacterial species were isolated from environmental samples. All isolated cultures were identified as atypical mycobacteria of 11 species. Also, 5 cultures of the tuberculosis pathogen M. bovis were isolated from biomaterial from animals. In addition, cultures of nocardia and aspergillus were isolated from animals that responded positively to tuberculin. According to monitoring studies, the dynamics of decreased circulation in cattle groups of pathogenic species of mycobacteria and increased persistence of atypical mycobacteria of groups II, III and IV according to Ranion's classification, which caused sensitization to tuberculin in cattle. Based on the obtained research results, a new concept of a modern system of anti-tuberculosis measures in Ukrainian livestock was Product Description popup.authors Bilushko Victor V Busol Volodymyr O Kalashnyk Mykola V Kalashnyk Natalija V Lymanska Ol'gf Yu Paliy Anatoliy P Pozmogova Svetlana A Solodjankin Oleksij S. popup.nrat_date 2021-01-20 Close
