The addition negatively affects the level of chromosome pairing, is inherited worse than expected, but the effect is modified by the year conditions. Determination of transmission frequencies of monogenic traits through gametes during self-pollination of hemizygous hybrids from the theoretical equation is proposed, gamete selection coefficients and expected segregation are calculated. Inheritance of alien traits with a high degree of recovery of wheat background corresponded to Mendelian. The low frequency of inheritance of certain traits may be due to their incomplete penetrance. The frequency of recombination processes in the 1RS arm depended on the cross combination and environments. A recombinant 1RS chromosome with segments of different rye cultivars and recombinants between 1BS and 1RS were detected. Productivity and quality of introgression lines have been increased and deprived of the negative qualities of wild species. Yield did not correlate with resistance to rust diseases, which allows a combination of both traits in one genotype. Lines of interest for transgressive breeding for disease resistance, large grain and high protein content have been identified. It is recommended for testing in the department of breeding and seed production of wheat and in the laboratory of breeding of wheat intensive cultivars of PBGI-NCSCI as a source material for creating high-quality, disease-resistant, adaptive cultivars of wheat with high protein content.
