The subject of the research is the dynamics of development of the internal and external market of innovations and their introduction in flax and hemp production. The purpose of the work is to find ways to implement innovations in the fields of flax and hemp. Patent and license work is analyzed, the relevance and prospects of IPR created in the institute as objects of introduction into production are determined. The analysis of the ways of innovative development of the institute as a research institution of the agro-industrial complex system is highlighted and the primary model of innovative development of ILK in the conditions of modern market relations is developed. Conjuncture researches of development of branches of flax and hemp in Ukraine and the world are carried out. The results of the licensed work of the institution and the transfer of innovations are given. The sale of seed and marketable products produced by the institution is analyzed. The economic analysis of flax and hemp industries according to different technological regulations of cultivation is carried out and the most perspective ones are determined.
