The main purpose of such consideration should be to implement a set of measures: prevention and responsibility for the deterioration of agricultural land; minimization of negative impact on the environment as a whole (ecosystems, water basins, etc.); conservation of landscape and biological diversity; guaranteeing an environmentally safe environment for human life and health; limited man-made load; balance between environmental and economic interests. The model of fuzzy modeling at spatial planning of the territory of industrial parks is developed. An effective approach in the creation and development of industrial parks is to identify land plots that are attractive for starting industrial production, equipping them with the necessary engineering and technical infrastructure. The model proposes the main factors that will influence the design decision for the location of the industrial park in the city. It is established that an effective land management system should be based on relevant land cadastral information, which ensures management decisions. Therefore, it is important to authenticate technological information in land management models. In this context, it is investigated that it is advisable to use the tools of graph theory, which solves a large number of problems in all fields of science related to the analysis of economic management, including land management.
