The idea of ​​using three coordinate vector receivers and phase algorithms for information processing using machine learning methods is implemented. The use of vector-phase analysis of the three components of the acoustic field with subsequent digital processing allowed to obtain additional information about the signal source and increase the sensitivity of the system in comparison with known analogues. The technical documentation for the seismic-acoustic reconnaissance complex which is a basis for creation of a serial product taking into account technological features of manufacturing of experimental model is developed. The developed experimental model of the reconnaissance system was constructively optimized for easy application of new scenarios and algorithms of analysis so as to make the most of the advantages of these techniques.
