An aim of research – theoretical and experimental substantiation of systems for effective deorbiting of space debris objects from low earth orbits (LEO). The basic methods of research are an analytically-calculation and experimental. It is resulted the scheme of combined deorbiting the bulky objects of space debris with LEO with use of an electrical propulsion system (EPS) as active way of deorbiting on which basis influence of altitude of an initial orbit is investigated, ballistic factor and solar activity phase on energy expenses the process of deorbiting and is created a technique optimum, from the point of view of energy expenses, time of the beginning of deorbiting in conditions of changing the upper atmosphere. Also methodical approaches to the analysis of thermo physical properties the constructional materials of the objects of deorbiting are considered and the mathematical model of operation the autophage engine with a controllable-thrust is developed. Scientific novelty of research consist that definition of optimum energy expenses for combined deorbiting the bulky objects of space debris with use EPS is executed for the first time taking into account dynamically changing upper atmosphere of the Earth. The received results can be used at planning and carrying out of researches on a problem of clearing LEO. An application domain is a space-rocket technique.
