The subject of the study is the level of antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 (IgA, IgM, IgG) and the dynamics of their detection by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Research methods - immunological, mathematical and statistical. The state of specific anti-Covid immunity in the population of the Kharkiv region in the period from June to November 2020 was studied with the help of serological research methods. The quality of collective immunity in different age groups was assessed. The peculiarities of the formation of the humoral response in those infected with SARS-CoV-2 during the development of epidemic events in Kharkiv region related to the pandemic Covid-2019 was analyzed.
