At the second stage, the efficiency of using intensive meat genotypes to increase the productive characteristics of Dnieper sheep was established. The studies were performed using selection material of the Olibs breed of Canadian origin At the third stage, the level of productive and reproductive qualities of high-yielding dairy cows is analyzed and the possibility and mechanism of improving the level of productive (qualitative) characteristics and reproductive qualities are established. At the fourth stage, due to the use of sperm of breeding sheep of the breed Olibs, Texel, Charolais, new lines of intensive meat direction were laid with the use of Ascanian meat-wool sheep as the mother base. The use of breeders of intensive breeds made it possible to improve the reproductive capacity and growth energy of aboriginal breeds. In the fifth stage, the influence of genetic and paratypic factors on the duration of use of dairy cattle was determined. On the sixth the characteristic of the paratypic factors influencing formation of breed signs of repair young growth is given. The seventh proved the effectiveness of the use of interbreeding in order to improve the meat qualities of Romanov sheep. At the eighth stage the current state of natural and artificial reservoirs of Dnipropetrovsk region is studied.
