The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology for creating new components of high-energy condensed systems with optimal physico-chemical parameters. New ferrocene derivatives based on synthetic and renewable raw materials have been developed. Based on kinetic studies, the optimal parameters for obtaining 1,1'-diacetylferocene were determined. New catalytic systems based on ferrocene derivatives with copper and cobalt have been synthesized and their catalytic activity in the processes of thermal decomposition of model high-energy systems has been determined. New components of fuel-binding and film-forming systems with properties inherent in epoxy-phenolic and unsaturated polyester oligomers have been synthesized, and a low-waste method for their production has been proposed. Model film-forming systems based on synthesized oligomers are studied and the prospects of their application are shown. The possibility of predicting the thermodynamic compatibility of ingredients of multicomponent formulations by the calculation method is shown.Quantum-chemical modeling of mechanisms of hydrolytic transformation of components of high-energy systems is carried out. The possibility of import substitution in the production of high-energy and protective materials through the use of available domestic renewable raw materials is shown. Ferrocene-containing derivatives have been synthesized for the first time, combining the properties of combustion rate regulators, plasticizers and structure-forming components of mixed rocket fuels. A new method for the synthesis of hydantoins and thiohydantoins as promising modifiers of liquid rubbers for high-energy compositions is proposed.
