It is shown that the efficiency of the symbiotic apparatus of soybean-rhizobial symbioses is due to their ability to maximally preserve the functioning of nodulation and nitrogen-fixing processes during drought and after the resumption of plant watering. New strains of B. japonicum were obtained, which are effective in the formation of bean-rhizobial symbiosis Glycine max L. (Merill) –B. japonicum against the background of 0.75 norms of mineral nitrogen, active during traditional (on the day of sowing seeds) and premature (7–14 days before sowing) inoculation of soybean seeds. It was found that the use of germanium nanocarboxylate promotes active growth of biomass of B. japonicum 634b cells in pure culture, as well as increase in nodules on soybean roots, increase nitrogen-fixing activity of symbiotic systems and intensity of photosynthesis in soybean leaves. It is proved that a mixture of nanocarboxylates of germanium and iron in combination with active strains of B. japonicum in a ratio of 1: 1: 1000 allows to provide plants with additional nutrients. In the process of studying the effect of fungicides on the formation and functioning of symbiotic systems of soybean variety Almaz with pesticide-resistant nodule bacteria B. japonicum PC07 and PC09 and Tn5-mutants B78 and B144 noted the peculiarities of pesticides and selected combinations of fungicides and fungicides soybean productivity. Based on the results of research, it is recommended to use nanocarboxylate-modified germanium and iron drug "Rhizostim" in modern technologies of soybean cul Product Description popup.authors Vorobey Nadiya A ZHEMOYDA Alla V.
