DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY WHICH HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED BY THE STATE; TRANSACTIONS WITH PROPERTY TRANSFERRED BY THE STATE FOR VIOLATION OF CUSTOMS LEGISLATION; CONFISCATED PROPERTY; CUSTOMS; VIOLATION OF CUSTOMS LEGISLATION. The purpose of the study is to develop practical proposals for improving, optimizing and accelerating the order of disposal of property that has become the property of the state for violation of customs legislation. Analyzed on the treatment of property that becomes the property of the state for violation of customs legislation: regulatory and legal support for operations; the nature and types of such property; legislation of Ukraine and some countries; issues of individual operations; mechanism for selection of business entities involved by customs; forms of property sale; organizational support of the customs commission; legal basis for taxation of sales transactions; the procedure for tax administration in transactions for the sale of confiscated property on SETSP; current state and identified areas for improving tax administration in transactions for the sale of property at customs auctions, reductions. The changes in the legislation have been studied and the staffing of the seized, accepted for storage, placed in the customs regime of refusal in favor of the state property, as well as the property found in the customs control zone, the owner of which is unknown, has been formalized. The practice of evaluating the work of customs authorities in relation to the disposal of relevant property is studied, key performance indicators and methods of their evaluation are proposed. Conceptual principles of changes have been developed and a number of draft regulations have been proposed.
