The main stages of production of bacillary biopolymers consist of gradient extraction with ethanol, heating at 100 ° C with subsequent gel filtration, dialysis and concentration of drugs. The amino acid and carbohydrate composition of bacillary biopolymers were determined. As a result of the conducted researches bacillary biopolymers - mimicking peptides from the culture medium of bacteria B.subtilis, Staph were isolated. aureus, Lactobacterium. Bacillary biopolymers are characterized by antigenic affinity with bacillary biopolymers of other producers and virus peptides, ie peptides of bacillary biopolymers have the property of molecular mimicry between themselves and peptides of viruses and are called mimic peptides. Laboratory regulations for the isolation of bacillary biopolymers and their molecular biological markers have been developed. Their cytotoxicity for cell cultures sensitive to viruses was determined.
