The object of the work is international comparisons of state standards of Ukraine and scientific and methodological guidance on the organization and conduct of these comparisons. Subject of research - conducting international comparisons of the state primary standard of units of spectral density of energy brightness, spectral density of radiation power and spectral density of energy illumination; radiation power and energy illumination (DETU 11-06-06). Method of implementation - organization and conduct of inspections in accordance with the Technical Protocol and the approved Schedule under the Agreement on Mutual Recognition of National Standards and Certificates of Calibration and Measurement issued by National Metrological Institutes (hereinafter - the Agreement) (CIPM MRA) in accordance with: International Committee document of weights and measures CIPM MRA-D-05 "Measurement measurements in the context of the CIPM MRA Agreement"; Recommendation of Euro-Asian Cooperation of State Metrological Institutions SOOMET R / GM / 11: 2017 "Regulations on verification of standards of national metrological institutes SOOMET"; Recommendation of the European Association of National Metrological Institutes EURAMET G03 for reconciliations; ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories". The novelty of the work is the first comprehensive study of the degree of equivalence of DETU 11-06-06 in order to publish the calibration and measurement capabilities (SMS lines) of NSC "Institute of Metrology" in the field of photometry and radiometry in the database of key references of the International Bureau of Weights and Measures (KCDB).
