Registration Date 10-02-2021 Organization Institute of Land Use NAAS Ukraine popup.description2 the peculiarities of legislative support of land relations regulation at planning of spatial development of territories of territorial communities in the conditions of decentralization of power are analyzed; it is established that since 2018 a number of laws and bylaws (Resolutions, Orders of the Cabinet of Ministers) aimed at supporting the reform of decentralization of power in terms of land relations, namely the transfer of authority to dispose of land outside settlements in the hands of local communities; found that in order to achieve this strategic goal, was implemented: large-scale land management work, which should have resulted in the formation of state-owned land, including agricultural purpose, in order to further transfer them to the communal property of territorial communities. And also the legislative maintenance of complex planning of spatial development of territories of territorial communities is initiated; developed proposals for improving the legislative and regulatory framework for the settlement of land relations, conceptual principles for improving the legislative and regulatory framework.
