The content and features of the request for support from the pedagogical community and the public for reforms in the field of general secondary education, concerning information, trust and a sense of belonging, openness to new experience, partnership in the educational environment, as well as the development of reflective competence, have been clarified. In these areas, 12 selected SPTs and one author's design developed by a team of research workers were tested. Empirical testing has shown the effectiveness of their application to provide socio-psychological support for educational reforms. The total sample of the empirical study consisted of 2,476 people. The understanding of the criteria for providing effective support for reforms in the field of general secondary education as multilevel ones, concerning the issues of emotional and cognitive assessment of reform processes at the organizational level, internal and external communication, personal development and prognostics with integrative effects, which are determined by the processes of reflexivity and information exchange, has been expanded.
