The purpose of the work is to improve the quality and safety of transport systems and their elements at all stages of their life cycle and in various aspects of their operation - engineering, ergonomic, engineering-psychological, information and environmental. To improve the information security of the car, a technology system has been created to support the decision-making on the use of pulse technologies for assembly and repair work for vehicles. The approach and means to the synthesis of the intellectual core in the form of an ontological system as a set of three subject ontologies are presented. Achievements in the engineering direction are: a) developed an advanced technology for stamping high-quality body panels with minimal warping; b) the proposed original transport system for the carriage of passengers and goods on the original device on the hovercraft (patent); c) the proposed scheme of a single aircraft based on a bicycle (application). An ergonomic component of ensuring the safety of transport systems is to reduce the impact of the human factor on the safety of vehicles. To this end, an approach to the analysis of the functioning of complex systems is developed and the technology of cognitive visualization and analysis of a large amount of poorly formalized mixed data on the functioning of complex systems using computer cognitive graphics methods is developed; the system of support of working capacity of the driver for continuous control of physiological control of a condition of the driver of the vehicle is offered. All developments are aimed at optimizing and improving the efficiency of production management and improving the safety of transport systems and automotive equipment.
