Objects of research - features of the structural structure of the parenchyma and morphometric characteristics of blood vessels of the lungs, kidneys and liver in the norm and their reorganization in the modeling of various pathological conditions. The aim of the work is to establish the features of the dynamics of structural changes in the parenchyma and blood vessels of the lungs, kidneys and liver of rats in various pathological conditions associated with changes in central and organ hemodynamics in the experiment. Research methods - morphological, injection, X-ray, morphometric, functional, mathematical, statistical. Certain species features of the structural organization of lung tissue and pulmonary blood flow in rats have been established, which should be taken into account when modeling experimental pathology, so that in the future with the appropriate degree of reliability they can be extrapolated to humans. These features include the ratio between the right and left lungs in volume and mass, the division into lobes of each of the lungs and the corresponding branching of their blood vessels. A feature is also a fairly frequent detection of arteries of the "closing" type. A structural feature of the kidneys is the presence of only one pyramid. The liver differs in its six-lobed structure (division into six parts). At long general dehydration the ascending vasoconstriction with simultaneous decrease in capacity of arteries of small and average caliber and expansion of a gleam and increase in capacity of intraorganic arteries of large caliber is observed.
