The purpose of the study is to ensure the unity and traceability of measurements in Ukraine in the field of non-contact temperature measurements by improving the state primary standard of temperature unit in the range from 1357.7 K to 2800 K DETU 06-03-96 (hereinafter - the state primary standard). The subject of the study is the improvement of the state primary standard of temperature unit in the range from 1357.7 K to 2800 K, namely, improving its technical and metrological characteristics: expanding the range of reproduction of the temperature unit from 1234.93 K to 2800 K, reducing the uncertainty component, related to the metrological characteristics of the reference pyrometer, which will interpolate the temperature scale to 2800 K, expanding the functionality of the standard in terms of providing conditions for transmitting a unit of temperature to high-precision measuring instruments with different spectral characteristics, introduction of the latest scientific and technical achievements, modern element base. The work planned for 2020 to improve the state primary standard of radiation temperature units in the range from 1357.7 K to 2800 K DETU 06-03-96 has been completed.
