DNA of 15 wine yeast strains was isolated, including 4 obtained on red technical grape varieties breeded at Tairov Institute. DNA bank of wine yeast strains Saccharomyces cerevisiae of different regional origin and source (culture) of selection was created, microsatellite analysis was performed and a database of of microsatellite loci allelic characteristics of wine yeast strains Saccharomyces cerevisiae was created.
