The stability constants of inclusion complexes are determined, and the main thermodynamic parameters of their formation are calculated. It has been established that cationic and zwitterionic forms of amino acids form 1: 1 host-guest inclusion complexes with - and β cyclodextrins. When complexed with aromatic amino acids, β cyclodextrin has clear advantages over -cyclodextrin due to the geometric correspondence of the dimensions of its internal hydrophobic cavity and amino acid molecules. The adsorption interaction of titanium dioxide surface groups with amino acids containing additional carboxyl groups - asparagine and glutamine - was studied. From aqueous solutions, these compounds have been found to be sorbed on the surface of titanium dioxide to form surface complexes in which amino acid anions bind to protonated functional groups by electrostatic bonds.
