The aim of the work is to study kinetic regularities in electrochemical synthesis, synthesis of peroxyacetic and peroxylactic acids, deposition of anticorrosive multilayer coatings, electrode processes during anodic polarization on the surface of stainless steel. The dependences of the acceleration of the anodic dissolution of the AMg alloy in the presence of chlorine ions under the conditions of "negative differential effect" are determined; the composition of the electrolyte, the temperature regime, the recommended condition of the surface to reduce energy consumption for hydrogen production are proposed. Electrochemical methods for the synthesis of biocidal solutions of peroxyacetic and peroxylactic acids with a concentration of no less than 5% and a hydrogen peroxide content of no less than 10% have been developed. The influence of impurities of Al2(SO4)3 and TiOSO4 compounds on electrochemical and electrically conductive properties of composite coatings on AISI 304 steel was determined. The kinetic regularities of the formation of protective coatings by zinc-based binary alloys have been established, including the use of a programmable mode with periodic changes in the values of cathode currents.
