The aim of the research is to obtain porous C, ZnO, NiO layers, and nanocomposite materials on their basis. In the work a study of the regularities of step-by-step formation of two-layers and three-layers C/Zn, C/Ni, C/ZnO, C/NiO, ZnO/NiO, Zn/ZnO/NiO porous systems formation has been carried out. The relationship between structural-morphological characteristics of the obtained nanostructures and their physical properties and technological parameters of quasi-equilibrium stationary condensation has been established. Main results: a technological approach has been developed for synthesis of porous composites C/Zn, C/Ni, C/ZnO, C/NiO, ZnO NiO, Zn/ZnO/NiO using a plasma condensate deposition system, as well as a reactive magnetron deposition. The phase, elemental compositions, structural, and morphological characteristics of the obtained composite nanomaterials have been investigated. Based on the obtained porous layers of carbon, zinc oxide, C/Zn, C/Ni, C/ZnO, C/NiO, ZnO/NiO, Zn/ZnO/NiO, electrodes have been made for testing in an electrochemical cell of lithium-ion batteries. The device has been created for investigation of cyclic current-voltage characteristics in digital form of the obtained electrodes for lithium-ion accumulators. A web application and a mobile application and data visualization systems have been developed for monitoring the characteristics of lithium-ion batteries.
