The structural and functional patterns of the architecture of the system of ecological taxes are formalized taking into account the national specifics. Budget and time constraints on the implementation of environmental tax reform in Ukraine have been formalized. The multiplex impact of individual environmental taxes and their combinations on the integrated level of environmental, economic and energy security is assessed. An optimization model of the structure of environmental taxes has been developed, which ensures maximization of the level of national security.
