It was shown that PRL and RM185 loci were polymorphic in all experimental populations while MB027 was polymorphic only in the Black-and-White breed population and PL was monomorphic in every case. The polymorphism of Leptin (LEP), BoLA-DRB3 and Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha loci (TNF-α), that associated with mastitis resistance, was studied. It was shown that all loci were polymorphic in the experimental populations. There are 20 alleles by BoLA-DRB3 locus in the Black-and-White and 15 in the Red-and-White breeds were founded. There are 6 alleles in all populations by using of SSCP-analysis of TNF-α gene were detected. The polymorphism of GHR (Growth Hormone Receptor), MYF5 (Myogenic factor 5) and STAT5A (Activator of Transcription 5A) genes that associated with meat production traits, by the Charolais cattle breed were studied. The frequency of the Alu+ allele by GHR gene polymorphism was 0.7. For MYF5 gene (TaqI polymorphism) the alleles frequencies were 0.5. The 4 SSCP patterns in STAT5A locus were detected. The analysis of associations of the revealed polymorphic loci genotypes with productivity traits was carried out. There is a tendency to increase of milk production for individuals with PRL(RsaI+/RsaI-) ВМ027(168/168) LEP(С/С) genotypes. The genotype factor gradations by TNF-α had considerable influence on somatic cells count parameter in milk of Red-and-White breed cows. The microsatellites variability in the experimental cattle populations by 10 SSR-markers (FAO-ISAG) was studied. The quantity of revealed alleles was varied from 2 (ETH3 locus) to 10 (TGLA53).
