Research object: processes that characterize the soil nutrient regime (SNR); peculiarities of agroecosystems functioning, regularities of functioning of SNR objects and residential green zones, ecological state of hydraulic systems and adaptive reactions of aquatic organisms; processes of formation of productivity and quality of agricultural products crops; creation of new high-yielding varieties of potatoes, garlic, lettuce. Scientific novelty: For the first time innovative systems of increase of agrophytocenosisproductivity based on ecologically stabilizing measures of preservation and improvement of a state of the environment will be developed for the Western region of Ukrainedue to dynamic climate changes. The report presents the research results conducted during 2016 - 2020. Having analyzed the obtained data, one has written recommendations for making well-grounded managerial decisions to ensure a satisfactory state of the environment in compliance with environmental safety and assess the risks of its disease, an alternative system of crop fertilization, which allows increasing their productivity by 15-20% and ensuring a deficit-free balance of humus and nutrients in the soil. One has studied the agrarian and climatic processes of crop productivity formation by optimizing the technological models of their cultivation in the Western Forest-Steppe zone. It allowed developing innovative ecologically safe technologies for growing winter wheat with a yielding capacity of 70-80 c/ha, spring barley – 55-65 c/ha, sugar beets –85-100 t/ha, spring rape – 30-35 c/ha. One has improved the protection of field and vegetable crops from weeds, diseases, and pests. According to the results of the state variety testing, one has introduced the Kniazha potato variety in the State Register of Plant Varieties and recommended it for distribution in Ukraine in 2021.
