Pisarzhevskii Institute Of Physical Chemistry of The National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 It was created the physicochemical foundations of the mechanochemical method of obtaining 2D materials with different electronic structure (modified graphenes, hybrid halide perovskites (HP)); it was investigated their physicochemical properties by means of wide range of complementary experimental methods and was show its practical application as functional materials for new generation technology - electrodes of power sources, electrocatalysts of oxygen reduction from water, the active component of electrochemical sensors and so on. The possibility of low-temperature mechanochemical production of multilayer graphenes doped with nitrogen (Gr-N) and codoped with nitrogen and fluorine (Gr-N, F) is shown. It was found that Gr-N in contrast to Gr-N,F, is characterized by a high proportion of quaternary nitrogen atoms, which enhances its electrocatalytic characteristics in ORR, and the absolute values of Gr-N electrocatalytic characteristics are close to platinum-based catalyst and the stability of its operation and resistance to methanol and carbon monoxide are significantly superior to platinum-containing analogues. It was found for the first time that the introduction of a small number of passive amines in the production of MAPbBr3 nanocrystals leads to the formation of pseudo-2D nanoparticles, the number of layers in which increases with elongation of the amine alkyl chain, as evidenced by the band gap of this HP. It is established that the use of passive amines with different length of alkyl chain allows to vary the value of quantum yield and color purity of photoluminescence of HP.
