 the development of scientific and methodological, legal proposals and recommendations, drafts of relevant legislation and other regulations, as well as information support for the formation of the information component of the national integrated system of regulations in the context of decentralization in Ukraine. It is proposed to create a theoretical and legal framework for system informatization of rule-making activities at all levels, which will provide an opportunity to standardize the use of system informatization for the development of national information space, as part of information and analytical systems and databases of regulations, parliament, government, ministries and departments. regional local governments, develop common requirements and rules for the formation of electronic information resources, ensure information openness and information interaction between parliament, public authorities, regional governments and citizens, management, access, storage and exchange of information.
