The purpose of the work is mastering of advanced production technology of refractory products of zirconium dioxide, stabilized by ~ 10 % Y2O3 (brand TSIC-1T), with increased cold crushing strength for single crystal growing plants. The research methods are standard methods for research of chemical composition and physical-mechanical properties of refractories, petrographic and X-ray methods. According to the results of research carried out in 2019, in this work during during a pilot batches out put the advanced technology of production by semi-dry pressing the products of ZrO2, stabilized by ~ 10 % Y2O3, with a new plasticizer, was mastered. Manufactured refractory products were characterized by high properties that meet the requirements of TU. In accordance with the terms of agreements concluded with consumers, in JSC "URIR named after A.S. Berezhnoy" the pilot batches of refractory products of zirconia stabilized with yttrium oxide in the form of a cylinder of 4 standard sizes and refractory products of zirconia stabilized by CaO in the form of a vibrocasting crucible of 1 standard size, were manufactured. The made refractory products were characterized by properties that meet the requirements of TU and delivered to the consumers on the domestic and foreign (export to the Republic of Belarus) market. The work should be continued in the direction of further improvement of the production technology of zirconia products and expansion of their production and use.
