The high efficiency of the modified method for determining latent endometritis has been proved. It was determined that the critical areas of damage during cryopreservation of mouse embryos in 10 % glycerol solution at a slow rate are in the range from - 20 to – 50 ºС. It was determined that the use of multiprotectors in cryopreservation of rabbit embryos ensures their preservation at the level of 91,6 % (n = 11). The advantage of triple artificial insemination of sows was estimated: fertility increased by 13,3-18,7 %, and fertility by 10,6-29,6 % compared with double insemination. It was found that when inseminating pigs with twice the sperm volume of 100 cm³ with a temperature (17 °C and 35 °C), the fertility of animals compared to the experimental groups with triple insemination with a sperm volume of 70 cm³ was lower by 14,2 % and 16,6 % respectively. It was proved that the use of triple insemination with a sperm volume of 70 cm³ increased the fertility rates in repair pigs by 2,9 % and 5,2 %, respectively, compared with double insemination, both with the introduction of sperm at 17 °C and 35 °C. It was revealed by the results of studies carried out with sexually frozen-thawed bull sperm that, regardless of the degree of separation, the sperm had motility not less than the physiological norm in 40,0 % of sperm with rectilinear-gradual (progressive) movement; in this case, sperm with a lower level of separation of germ cells on the X chromosome (75 %) was more active by 12,5 %, compared with sperm with a separation level of 90 %. It was proved that in terms of survival at 38 °C, sexed bull semen was significantly lower than the physiologically accepted norm for non-sexed sperm, namely, less than 2,5 hours. for sperm with a separation level of 90 % and 1,5 hours. for semen with a separatio  Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2021-02-20 Close
