Patients had 2 - 4 degrees of POMT and 2 - 4 degrees of emergency. Purpose: to improve the results of treatment of pelvic prolapse and associated urinary incontinence by strengthening the ligaments and anatomical correction of the bladder neck. Research methods: laboratory, instrumental, histological, methods of round ligament of the uterus, general clinical, statistical data processing. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: the possibility of strengthening the ligament of the uterus by holding a stent extracurricularly in older women with simultaneous anatomical correction of the bladder neck, a new method of strengthening the ligament of the uterus. Degree of implementation: the results are implemented in the practice of the urology department of KU "Zaporizhzhya Regional Clinical Hospital".
