The technology of casting production from composite materials based on aluminum alloys with a high content (about 60 vol.%) of high-modulus dispersed carbide particles has been developed. A ligature method for introducing a filler into aluminum-based smelts to obtain castings reinforced with a small amount of hard alloy dispersed particles and silicon carbide (1 - 5 wt.%). An experimental batch of friction bearings was made and their industrial test was carried out at the "Gal-Kat" TzDV enterprise.
