The laboratory samples were fabricated and conditions under which they gain such functional hybridity as, for example, cooling effect or pseudocapacitive one were investigated. The design of these laboratory samples was optimised and optimal conditions for supramolecular hierarchical structures with polarisation properties were determined. The conditions under which the magnet nanoclusters for improved electrical polarisation and superparamegnetic orientation in extrinsic fields of supramolecular structures are formed were established. The rules of synthesised nanostructures response to extrinsic fields were explored. Theoretical bases for the phenomenon and its mechanisms of electrical energy accumulation at quantum level with highly sensitive properties for reasonable commercial price were developed. The nature of charge accumulation, polarisation and electro motive force appearance under weak magnetic fields (<3 kOe) at room temperature were investigated.
